Window on another world.

It always seems to rain when I go into town, or maybe I only go into town when it's raining. Either way it's no sweat, there are plenty of pubs to shelter in.
This barber shop is across the street from The legendary Stags Head bar. I treated myself to a 12 year old Redbreast whiskey in that venerable establishment and snapped this when I was leaving.
It was once a pawnbrokers and the barbers have retained the windows with the old signage. I love the feeling of a bygone time that they invoke. I particularly like the one on the right.
Pity that they spoil it a bit with the posters.
