What's Behind The New Door..?

Well it appears to be a 'gate' into the back garden of a terraced house!

I took a different route into Wetherby today - having been to the tip and the charity shop - after starting to clear the garage!

This new(ish) door stood out like a sore thumb in the crumbly old wall - so I popped back to investigate. From what I could see it looks like it goes into an outbuilding that forms part of the end of one of the gardens in a little row of houses in the town centre.

I wonder how many times the door knocker is tried - especially after the pubs kick out in an evening!
