Chilling Out

We travelled to the south of the Island today to visit the Ventnor Botanic Gardens to find The Healing Festival had taken over the site which made Ventnor seem more like Glastonbury.

The Festival spread around the gardens featured a range of holistic therapies & free workshops to help balance your mind body & soul. All a bit Hippy Dippy for me but the Sound Journey in today's blip was very relaxing especially for those lying on the ground. The musician on the gongs produced some amazing sounds from these huge instruments.
