Recipe for Love

Tonight I cooked a couple of far eastern dishes inspired by Rick Stein's programme which I have never made before.

The first was a Balinese Black Eyed bean salad followed by Malaysian spiced noodles with tofu. No ready made sauces here - all fresh ingredients & very yummy too.

Now for the chocolate cheesecake ;-)
