at home with an Ivysaurus

We have no idea where she got the spoon from- she seems to have swiped it from the living room right at the last second before Euan took her upstairs for her bath.

Ivy's been particularlly adorable today (after abit of an unsettled night). She was in hysterics this morning at me tickling her and she's been blowing on her spoon before eating from it (the CUTEST thing she's done yet I think). Over dinner, I was giving her eskimo kisses and she decided she liked this- as she was poitning at me and saying 'come' to get me to come back and do it again, before turning and summoning Euan too.

We went for a walk in the afternoon to go play with Edith, but she was asleep when we got there. Ivy enjoyed the walk though, as the wind was blowing through her hair and she got to miaow at several dogs en route.

She did go down for her afternoon nap okay, but then she was woken up and wouldn't go back down so had to be wrap napped- but on the whole I don't think it was a bad day for napping. She's woken up twice already since going to bed though and it took Euan along time to get her down- so keep fingers crossed for us.

Did a spot of sugar free baking this evening- chickpea, peanutbutter shortbready things a blip friend recommended. Suprisingly tastey- we ate them whilst watching the great british bakeoff. I do think they'd be slightly improved by being smoothered in dark chocolate though...
