Champion Spirit

Geoff come running toward the finish line in todays relay race but before the finish he raised the hand of the runner beside him in true Champion Spirit above her head and crossed the line together. Geoff has always been competitive even when I first met him as an U 14 runner and he looked at the skinny kid I was and tried to get me to take up cycling, I did some 12 years later and did well. My Dad had a Champion Spirit his dream was to be a Commercial Artist Art was his passion but was forced into the Family Business where he trained to become a Plumber. Dad never gave up on his Dream and at night would hunt through bins to gather up materials to create beautiful art work.
