Late blip tonight,away to Christchurch tomorrow Millie is running in the Canterbury Road Champs at Bottle lake. This is going to be a tough one as its a horrible course. Millie has to run 1x 500m out and back lap for the first k and then 2x 1k out out and back so the will be some tight turns in this race over 5km.
