Pavlova - just!

I seem to have spent all day in the kitchen. Jamie's 15 minute menus caused kitchen chaos and after an hour all I'd done was the prep. It should taste great though. I had egg whites left from the Blackcurrant parfait I made the other day, so attempted Pavlova for tonight's supper guests. The topping is white peaches, strawberries and some of the ubiquitous blackcurrants, soaked in Vodka Framboise. Here's a slice!
