New pj's!

I love proper pj's! So cute!

In April my daughter's Renault was traded in for a new car and DVLA have been harassing her every few weeks since saying she has to pay a fine for not having insurance on it. After each letter she has rung them and each time has been told to send copies of proof of sale - which she did. Each time, another letter came acknowledging her reply but the rest of the letter was the same - asking to pay the fine! We've been to the Citizen's advice bureau and the police today to see what we can do. It's ridiculous that no one at DVLA will do anything over the phone! We have an address to send everything to with a complaint. Wish us luck... ;-/
