Orchid

Phalaenopsis, also called a Butterfly Orchid. I received this as a gift a couple of months ago. It is doing well, on the windowsill of the sitting room. I used my macro lens and with sun coming in through the window, used the cream blind as a backdrop.

A day catching up with loads of housework and shopping. I also posted my Mackintosh entry for yesterday.
