....at the end of the day..........

Another disturbed night last night.....deliberately stayed up until 3.00 a.m in an effort to try and sleep right through........but I forced myself back to sleep every time I woke up.........and eventually managed about 5 hours.

A bitty day........watched my guilty pleasure.......nipped into town for the bait for coaching.......and bought the disposable BBQ's ready for Sept 9th......also got painkillers and a tubigrip for the Boss...........caught up with communications and some bills......went out to coaching.......only three of us available this week........managed to snatch this shot of the sunset..........home...a quick meal.......CSI........this blip.

Now should I stay up tonight.........or try for an early night?
