Volleyball Scrimmage!

Yesterday, we had a volleyball scrimmage, and this was taken on the bus ride there. I sit with my friend Jada, and my other friends Lex and Courtney sit together. Lex and Courtney are the other people in the picture. We are sitting in the back of the bus because we are seniors. This is a privilege that all seniors look forward to in their senior year. We are all on varsity and we are all really good friends. Jada plays back row, Lex is the libero, Courtney is hitter, and I set or play right side. There are two other seniors on the team, too, Maddie and Jordyn. On the way to this scrimmage we made up a list of songs that we all liked for our warmup CD. We came up with about 13 songs. The first song is Shell Shocked from The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It sounds a little funny, but it is actually a really good song. The school we scrimmaged in was really hot! We were all dripping with sweat. The varsity played two twenty minute games and one fifteen minute game, and the jv played two twenty minute games. We did pretty good but we still have things we need to work on. After the scrimmage, we stopped at Burger King. This is always a treat when we get to stop somewhere to eat because work up an appetite. The only bad thing is that coach will probably make us run it off at practice tomorrow :(
