Robin Little.

On my way into the gym i bumped into a young guy i met when i first joined . At the time, he was morbidly obese. When i saw him today, i wasn't quite sure who he was, as he has lost so much weight. I asked him how much he had lost and he said, 33 stones. I think that is amazing. He went to the doctor and asked him if he could have the operation to take away the excess skin and the doc said no, not until you have kept the weight off for three years. He is an inspiration and i have to admit that when i first saw him i didn't think he would lose the weight ,but he has done so well. When i came out, i walked through the fields, and saw this cheeky little robin. I couldn't get any closer in case he flew away. I then walked up to the church ,and i was the first visitor. There was a young guy outside, with a clipboard, doing a quinnell check. He has to check if the building has any faults, and luckily today he didn't find any. A few more regulars turned up, and a lady came in and offered us warm welsh cakes. How could i refuse? They are such a wonderful mix of kind people ,and we chat about everything under the sun. There was no sign of the homeless guy today, or of Larry. I took his photo in, but he didn't show up today.
