Foodbank Scrubbed Up

Didn't get many photos as I was talking to folk going round, busy in spurts and then time for munches and tea in between. Not sure what's best for these flu lights, anyway this one is nice and bright and colourful.

View along the stock shelves which are getting lower by the day, soon be time for another big supermarket collection.

At the far end is the start of our pyramid, but the tinned sponge puddings seem to be low in the supermarket, one set of folk tried 3 supermarkets before they found some, others brought custard to go with puddings.

Another busy day tomorrow with the open day to show what we do, to the general public, families and friends, to be ready for open doors at ten.

As someone says "it's strange to be 'celebrating' the foodbank," but it's really to show what we really do and now that we are up and running regularly supplying food-packs to six local distribution centres and to remind people that we are all volunteers helping here.
