The Early Landing

Early it was but this catch of prawns plaice and turbot packed
with ice has a long journey first to market in Scotland and then
to dining tables in France and Spain - all on the same day. It
speaks so highly of the resources of the Sea which laps our shore
and for those who have gone to great lengths to ensure their
survival for the benefit of future generations.
