The best round in any village show surely? The cauliflower sheep are particularly cute.

I spent the day round Mum's doing more sorting, but we took some time out to take in the raffles, displays, dogs and ice creams in the annual village show. We've vowed to enter some of the categories next year... the standard was shoddy; there's a first prize waiting to be taken.

With a trip to the tip, it otherwise took us most of the day to sort through yet another cupboard, but the difference was huge, and well worth the hours. We didn't end up leaving until about 8, and flopped with a film for the rest of the night.
