New kid on the block,

This place was not here the last time I looked round the retail park.
I wonder if this is the manager looking out of the upstairs window for passing trade?....or is it a picture of their typical customer profile? I chickened out of actually going in to find out what was what. Perhaps on another day when I am really at a loose end?
The jury is still out on my question, but it does make for an interesting and quirky new facade and brightens the mall somewhat.
