Just topping up the clouds

My final entry for this weeks technique challenge - forced perspective. Lucky that I stumbled across this can of radiator enamel when I was clearing out the garage at the weekend. Shame that I recently brought a tin of radiator enamel not knowing that I had one in the garage. I could save myself a small fortune if I checked what I already have before I go out and buy DIY materials.

Played Upwords with Mick and Coral last night. Coral opened up the game and asked if she was permitted a rude word. House rules say that if it is in the dictionary and not marked as an abbreviation, a word is allowed. Coral being the model of coyness decided to swap the W for a D and played dank. Later in the game, I placed an A on the U in Funny and was pulled up. My opponents claimed it was slang but I pointed them to the dictionary. Sure enough, it was there and not marked as slang - Bob scores, and then:

~ Bob takes a nonchalant sip of wine
~ Coral pipes up that 'earlier she had gone for a w*nk but changed her mind and had something better'
~ Bob and wine part company after the briefest of time together

Squash with Tim tonight and he is picking me up. This is possibly only the 2nd time that this has happened as he doesn't or should I say didn't keep his car at home. He was worried about the parking and the risk of it getting damaged. I can only imagine that the new lady in his life has pointed out that he is not going to use her as a taxi which has led to this major change. Honestly, if I needed proof of the power of love, this is it.
