Reflections

Walking home from the cowshed late this afternoon, I spotted this beautiful landscape scene, with a wonderful mirror image in the pond of the calves and the mountains that surround the farm.

It's been another lovely warm spring afternoon. 22 degrees. It's coming up to 3 weeks since we've had rain, and we're starting to notice it, with dusty lane ways, and drying out paddocks. It's only the early morning dew that is helping the grass grow ever so slowly.

Father's Day tomorrow. Unfortunately Farmerboy has to still get up early to milk the cows in the morning. Hopefully he will be able to have a wee rest during the day.
