Haystacks galore

I went on a much needed walk later this afternoon. I walked on into the fields near to yesterdays poppies, the sun had managed to peak through the clouds and things were brightening up. Several fields had large numbers of rectangular hay bales, fields of potatoes were being harvested and bales from one field were being moved into another field. It was a busy day for the farm workers, it probably is every day at the moment.

Boy will I be pleased when we finally reach exchange stage on the house sale. We thought it would be friday gone but it now seems our solicitors are holding things up. Well not really holding things up just not doing anything.
