Today has felt like a busy day but, apart from washing the windows inside and out (and almost falling out of one through the porch roof), I've really just spent a lot of time carrying things.

Downstairs to upstairs and vice versa, inside to outside and back, into the car and out of it...

I've also downloaded the complete works of PL Travers, so I may be singing under my breath about spoonfuls (spoonsful?) of sugar and my favourite things in the near future :-)

Yesterday's cookies well, those of them I haven't eaten are boxed up and ready to go to work. Just a shame I'm not! Again, I ask who decided a weekend would be a measly two days??
