Flowers

Hi Tom

I received this lovely photo of Maggie with the flowers I had sent over. It's nice to see what the flowers look like, especially when you are sending them from so far away. She looks happy with them which then makes me happy.

I went for a run this morning and ran further than I thought I could which was good.

I then did more gardening and I'm starting to notice a little difference.

I then went to work. I suppose it's nice to be back.

Then Nick, dad and I went out for dinner.
