Ferry Crane

After a very lazy morning, Jonathan and myself headed down to Port Edgar to have a wee look at the all the boats that are moored there!

There were some fantastic vessels both large and small all moored in the harbour, though by the time we arrived, some more were heading back into port after what would have been a great day out on the water.

This crane stands proudly at the end on the harbour walkway and I'm sure over the years it has lifted many a craft to and from the water - not sure if it is still used today but it must be some sight seeing those boats moved in this way!!
