A topical vision in the clouds this morning, although just a few days too late to make a perfect referendum day blip. I was very glad to wake up on the following morning and discover that the No vote had come out as the winner; in the build up it really seemed as if it could have very easily gone either way, and I suppose the close finish showed how true that was.
