Harlow Carr colour.

A lovely after noon at Harlow Carr. It was wet this morning and we had a shower whilst having lunch in Betty's but by the time we were walking around the gardens in the afternoon it was glorious.

The gardener's were very busy everywhere. And all was looking pristine. Not much Autumn colour in the trees but plenty of colour still to be enjoyed in the flowers. (Disconcertingly they were busy setting out the Christmas stock in the shop!)

A momentous day at home too. We collected the keys for our son's house. He won't be able to get down for another month ( he's with the army on the Moray Firth) but he now has own home!
