Been watching this one a while now.

I've been waiting for the wild flower strip to bloom. And even when it did, something didn't seem right.

But today. Sun out, the cosmos, dahlias, last remaining poppies and cornflowers.

Black outline, no infill. Out of paint? Interrupted? Dated '13.
