Antirrhinum 'Constantine'
I had 100 percent germination with these seeds in the spring so this antirrhinum, with its dolly mixture colours, has been everywhere this summer, including an old zinc dolly tub, which I filled with compost and put them in. It was placed under our kitchen window and work stopped regularly as we watched bees landing on and then disappearing into the flower. Sadly, another signal for autumn is the loss of colour they have added. Only a few left but I still appreciate the distinctive bronze foliage providing an unusual contrast to the petals.
