Snow thaw

A few inches of snow and a partial thaw.

A late dash to out in the freezing wind to have a bit of excercise to blip.

Fffingers ssshaking so much, I only managed round the block and back.

It meant we had a good tea as I was so cold I made soup and we had some pasta.

Ah well diet restarts tomorrow?
