Snow dinner

Roasted pepper and butternut squash risotto with Parmesan cheese and ground black pepper.

More snow and more thawing. I even had to break down a slush dam to allow the melt water to drain from a small lochan which was forming at the end of our drive. At least it leaves room for the next dump of snow which is due in a few hours time.

Ah well, summer must only be a few....... a good while away I reckon.
