Dellin Tatties

It's been a lovely day of sunshine, lovely and warm and calm too :)

Weekend off and plenty to do :) Walkies with Sammy dog first thing while the washing machine churned away. I also had a fine walk with mam and niece Elise around Cunningsburgh, before we headed up to Lerwick for a run. Even though it's meant to be my weekend off, I've been roped into helping out at the museum tonight to serve drinks at a wedding, hope to finish fairly early.

With the fine day, there's been plenty of folk out and about, some even in t-shirts :) Some folk are taking advantage of the fine day and been dellin (digging) tatties :) Here the Adamson brothers Willie on the tractor, Alan in orange and Leslie bent over and Willie's son David standing are all busy in the rig working with the tatties at Valligarth, Cunningsburgh.
