Marc and the donkey

Today's the day ........................... to be stubborn

It is said that one of the characteristics of those people who are fortunate to come from the Ardeche region of France is that they have a tendency to be stubborn. Once they have decided on a particular course of action - they stick to it - no matter what. The same could probably be said of donkeys - who have always suffered from a bad press compared with their cousin, the horse.

Be that as it may, here is an Ardechois and his friend the donkey, enjoying a bit of peaceful contemplation together.....................

PS Apologies for the lack of commenting since we've been away. The Wifi here stubbornly refuses to co-operate apart from a very intermittent service. It's the same everywhere apparently and probably has something to do with the bad storms that they have been having recently in this part of France.
