Event 66: Pole Vault

Luckily the overnight rain had cleared up come morning, and Els and I had another beautiful morning up at the athletics track. We tackled the Pole Vault as the latest event for our Olympic Challenge. It was definitely one of the most technically difficult ones we've completed so far. I wasn't a natural and didn't even clear the bar, but had such a great time and really enjoyed this one.

G and I spent the rest of the day over at Mums doing jobs; clearing the gutters, clambering up ladders to get the fallen berries and leaves off the roof, and me nearly getting stuck on top of the roof whilst trying to fix the areal. A roast rounded off the day nicely.
