And relax...

After work tonight I had a double whammy of relaxation.

Yet again, Sarah has worked her magic and helped to release all of my tension from the last few weeks - a full body massage followed by a reflexology session. Wonderful stuff!

The only problem is that I'm now sat on the bus home and I'm so relaxed I might just need a doze. Hope I don't miss my stop!
