Overdue!

Got up early this morning and made the 9.30 service before heading to the gym. We went home from church via the retail park and while hubby was buying light bulbs I was checking out when all the next bits of service are needed in my car. The car thinks my service is overdue, but I don't need new brake pads for about 3500 miles and an oil change for 4500 miles. So I think I'll wait!

My left foot hurts to walk at the moment so I couldn't run but I did do the bike and cross-trainer. I think I'll hit the pool for the next few days and rest my foot!

Did some bits and bobs around the house, before going back out to the 6pm service.
Now just chilling!
