My thoughts are with my friends in Canada.

Kinda puts the hassle of a duff knee into perspective.

Last day of teaching today............training 8.00 until 2.00 tomorrow.....then half term starts.

I think I may be spending some time in the North East.............Dad is in hospital..two falls in two days.........worrying.
