Time to Relax

Up early as Andy set off first thing to drive back to Peebles. It was good for me to be distracted by the task of running bags of ivy and rubbish to the tip - my garage was nearly consumed by the former and has a leaking roof so I had a local gardener come and remove the ivy so I can get the roof re-felted. Didn't have lunch until 15:30 but afterwards did a bit of tidying in the garden and uncovered a little snake - a grass snake or adder I think. Then I went for my first walk around the local streets - this is the view from the end of the road at dusk. I am on the edge of a local heathland. Home to relax with dinner and Strictly!
