A Thorny Encounter

After a trip to York for a Park Run in the sunshine. Nearly 400 runners took part and I ran with Jet who was happy to trot along on the lead.

A walk along the River Rye this afternoon produced today's Blip. Before we headed home to make a blackberry and apple crumble and some Lakeland Ginger biscuits.

Feel a night curled up in front of the fire is justified!
