Wet Morning Walk

Much warmer this morning but also much wetter!

Still 3 of us set off to walk a route taking us through as much woodland as possible to give us a bit of shelter. Of course it is quite dark in the woods so not ideal for blips.

This gateway on our way back into the village (having just pushed a women into the garden centre as she had run out of petrol pretty much in the middle of the road!) always looks magical to me. Think it must be the lamp. The leaves are nearly gone and there is no sun, unlike the last time I photographed it, but I still like it with a little bit of colour.

The weather eased a bit and there was a hint of a watery sun but it hasn't lasted. Hope you all have a brighter weekend ahead.
