Blot on the Landscape

An early Blip tonight as I think I may be somewhat knackered when I get in from badminton later!

Dropped granny off at the train station this morning for her journey back to Yorkshire. Little Miss E was sad to see her go, but enjoyed watching the trains.

Had various errands to run in town before we treated ourselves to a coffee and a bun in our favourite coffee shop.

The countdown to our Christmas holiday is on. Jabs arranged for the three of us in a fortnights time and I booked the plane seats tonight. I nearly got away with sitting at the front while the rest were at the back! Peace and quiet for 5 hours....bliss! But alas no.

Took this image on the way to get Munchkin 1 from school tonight. I actually took it fully erected yesterday morning with the Fuji as it was quite a sight as I drove towards it, but with the fixed lens it didn't have the same impact. So back to my trusty Canon tonight. Below the "blot" is actually landfill, hence my title. Where it is positioned I used to cycle and run, so I find it immensely sad as I see the altered landscape encroach more and more upon our green fields.
