Lunchtime cycle ride threw up a new find.

Normally the university is quick to stamp out and erase errant taggers, but this quiet corner is undergoing reconstruction so appears to have been left whilst work is ongoing.

Royal blue with black outline and a rivet effect normally only seen on the square / angular ones. Unhappy, almost asleep emoticon on the dot of the 'i'.

This has the air of a crumpled, defeat Cigs; is Cigs bi polar? Would explain the happy / sad faces...
