Sometimes, there are more important things to do than spend time getting that perfect blip (something I've never been able to do anyway!) and you need to just capture the moment. Today was a prime example of that when I met up with dear friend JustSally for lunch. Our time together is precious as we have so much to catch up with so today I whipped out my iphone and recorded the pud - lemon posset! She did the same!
