Morning Glory

Hi Tom

I woke to this amazing sunrise today. Since having the conifers cut back I get to see the sunrise....I love it.

I went shopping today. I left the house at 10.00am and returned at 10.00pm. I only went to replace my sports bra which I broke.

I had a great day though. Lunch out, coffee stops, a nice g&t....and a fair bit of shopping.

I even missed my Zumba class. I felt guilty as I didn't exercise yesterday...but when I think about it, I did weight training...carrying bags...and trekking...walking around far too many shops.

And yes I replaced my wonderful sports bra....a very happy day.
