Wild goose chase ends successfully

The ruddy-headed goose (Chloephaga rubidiceps) is becoming very rare in Argentina (more commonly seen nowadays in the Falklands) and it was a pleasure to see five of them today on the Estancia Condor, in Santa Cruz Province. That's about 1% of the entire Argentine population! It was even more pleasing to get a halfway decent photo of one in flight - quite made my day.
