Old Cromwell Town, Central Otago

Cromwell is a welcoming and pretty town in the Clutha Valley on the edge of Lake Dunstan, a man-made lake when the dam builders flooded the valley for hydro power.
We took our dodgy wee "Suzi" down to the transmission expert there today and wandered down to what remains of the "old town" for a delicious Italian lunch .
