Resting before his big day.

Typical Blip day. Went out this morning to photograph a couple of Alpaccas in a field in Silverdale. But look what I came back with.

This fine Rudolph with some of his ladies was relaxing in a field near Arnside. I am told he is from the Cairngorms. His special transport van was parked near by. I gather that at this time of year he is in much demand for parades and parties. He is certainly a good specimen.

So when you see him overhead next month remember where you saw him first.
