Lichen

The lichen and fungi seem to be in abundance this year. This lichen is on the walnut tree and I was drawn to the delicate shades of greens and yellows. The sun shone for a little while today and I attempted to rake up some of the leaves but they are so wet and soggy I will wait awhile for them to dry out, if they ever do dry out. The grass is like a quagmire so I cant see it being cut any more this year. As it got dark there was a mistiness in the air so could be a foggy drive to work in the morning.
