Slam Dunk High Five

Advent Sunday. Mum and granddad went to the Cathedral this morning, along with apparently a couple of thousand other people. I was at grandma's, waiting. OK, we had a nice time, but still. What I do is I wait for mum to come back. I wait and wait. And I was So Happy! and licked her face when she walked through the door.

My grandma is great, though. She always gives me the nicest food, and fusses over me like no one else. She has been afraid of dogs for her entire life, after having been bitten as a child. But then I came, and everything changed! Ha! Giving her a high five in her best sofa, where I am not really allowed, is a small gesture in acknowledgement of this.
