Stronger Alone
Everyone knows I love music. But, did you know I have a debut album? My album is called “Stronger Alone.” It features 6 tracks with original lyrics, instrumentals, and rhythms I came up with over the course of one year. Of the 16+ songs I had written, I selected the best 6 and fine-tuned them. A colleague of my dad in NJ owns a recording studio. His name is John. John works on a team of sound engineers. In his spare time, he runs his own recording and mixing business. John has mixed tracks for internationally famous groups like the Tran-Siberian Orchestra. In 1999, John won a Grammy for best mixed song on the album Santana. I scheduled a four hour recording session with John. In those four hours, I managed to record six songs that each utilized guitar, piano, lead vocals, 2 lines of harmony vocals, and basic percussion. John mixed my songs onto a CD for me that I decided to title “Stronger Alone.” I chose this title because Stronger Alone was the first song on my CD. After recording the CD, the next tasks were to get the cover design, copyrights, and production taken care of. This is the cover of my CD. It features the album name and my name with the song titles on the bottom half of the disc. Out of the 105 produced copies of my album, I have sold 87 CDs to date.
