I like advanced planning and itineraries. I like dates in the diary and tickets in my purse. I like knowing that something a little special is coming up ahead.

But I also enjoy spontaneity. From just-when-I-needed-it-most cuppa catch-ups to well-why-not adventures, there is something delightful in those unplanned happenings that turn out just-so.

Wicked, although not at the top of my list, is a show that I have often thought I would quite like to see. So when the opportunity of a free evening & a cheap ticket presented itself I decided to make the most of it. And oh am I glad I did! Not knowing much about the show I wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed it thoroughly. Certainly one to move to the metaphorical "see again" list.

But first I have an exciting little London theatre trip coming up and plans to tick a few off my "must see" list. The theatre bug, once caught, is not easily shook off.
