I couldn't resist. If you head through the Barbican and along the Postern there's a wee gap through which you get a view of the shard (and the light was rather good this morning...)

Train, work, gym, sauna (! +1/2 is eternally jealous that the office has a sauna), train, home, family.

Music today was another random selection of Bill Withers (forget Lean On Me, although excellent, try Hello Like Before or Grandma's Hands) and Thurston Moore.
